Ephesians 1:16-18

Ø  We are stressed out individuals.

Ø  What we are exchanging our minute for?

Ø  Paul's says; redeemed the time something for valuable- understand what the will of God is by being filled with the Holy Spirit.

Ø  Meditate on word of God daily to know your calling.

Ø  Allow the Holy Spirit in flow in your life so you can out flow to fulfill God’s purpose in your life.

Ø  Every day you need to be filled with the Spirit- it's not a onetime Spirit filled experience, it's continues experience.

Ø  Just like water, you need Holy Spirit every day

What are the benefits of being filled with the Holy Spirit?

1.      Luke 4:1 - we would have authority over the devil & to accomplish His will > Jesus was filled with the Holy Spirit to resist the temptation.

Acts 4:7-10; 13 - Peter was filled with the Holy Spirit, so he was able to speak with Authority & boldness > we can exercise our authority.

2.      John 16:14-16 - you will be enable by Holy Spirit to glorify Christ.

3.      Romans 7:26 - by in filling the Holy Spirit, we can pray effectively.

§  We can use our time effectively.

§  Be a person for purpose.

§  Be a person of authority.
