Don't let your past hinder your future
Ø
You
have two ask following two questions to any religion.
A.
Has anyone conquered
death?
v Death has no respect of people. Christianity is the relationship with God, our master conquer death.
B.
Did He make way for me?
v Yes, Jesus made a way for me.
Ø
Benefits
of the resurrection
v All human server sowing two things, (1) progress
& (2) advancement, but spiritually they went down.
v We build houses not home.
v We live longer but sicker.
v We are bound in our own lock.
God’s
divine plan is Redeem, Reconcile, Restore, and Resurrection.
I.
Re-deem > deem means “OWE” > Gods says I owe you > He paid the
price through his son’s blood.
II.
Reconcile > Ephesians 2:16
III.
Restore > He is in business of restoring your family back > Lamentation
5:21
IV.
Resurrection > means you can live again > John 11:25.
Ø
Benefits of resurrection.
1.
Pardon > Romans 4:25 > It take cares your past > When God say
return to me, we make complete “u” turn not to move reverse > Pardon is not
pardon until it's accepted.
2.
Peace > John 20:19 > It take care your present > Peace is not found
in the material thing but in The Lord of peace of peace.
3.
Purity > Romans 8:22 > It take cares your future.
4.
Power > Philippians 3:10 > in the creation God didn’t use power
but in the resurrection He used maximum power.
§ This power is a magnetic power.
§ This power is a magnifying power > Luke 17:4
§ Luke 17:6-8, your faith will increase in
proportional to serve the people.
5.
Presence > Genesis 39:23, Though Joseph was in prison, He was prosper
because of the Lord was with him > Prosperity means when Lord is with you,
no matter what the uncertainty of life is > Prosperity is not a material
thing.
PRAYER:
Thank You, Father, for Christ’s death and resurrection, which has empowered
us over sin’s clutches and men’s schemes. Thank You, for your love to send your
Son to redeem us, we thank you that your unconditional love is not based upon
our obedience. Lord, help us to keep your promises and character fresh in our
mind, so that we don’t put you in a box and limit our expectations and
understanding of resurrection benefits, especially during times of uncertainty.
Open our eyes to see and trust to accept your awesome plan for us. In Christ’s
powerful and magnified name we pray – AMEN.
