Heaven

Ø Revelation 14:10~12

·         There are 150000 people die every day that does not focus on news, but when a plane crashes it becomes news focus.

·         How many people go to Christ eternity or Christ less eternity?

·         In Christ less eternity, they will be tormented in to the fire; they have no rest day or night.

·         Hell is a real place, Cross is a real event, Heaven is a real place.

·         If you embrace Jesus, you go to Heaven. If you don’t then you go to Hell.

Ø Colossians 3:1~4 > what is Heaven?

1.     Genesis 1:1; Isaiah 42:5 Heaven is a created place. There are three heavens.

                                                        I.            Atmosphere

                                                      II.            Planetary System.

                                                    III.            Place where God calls “home”

: Jeremiah 23:24, we know heaven is real because:

                                                        I.            Jesus came from there.

                                                      II.            Paul was caught up to the third heaven.

                                                    III.            Stephen and others in the Bible has a revelation of heaven.

2.     Psalms 75:6 è Where is Heaven?

                                                        I.            North is missing in this verse, why? You cannot promote higher than God.

                                                      II.            Heaven is in the north.

                                                    III.            In Act 1, Jesus was departing into Heaven, He ascended in to Heaven.

                                                    IV.            In Act 7, when Stephen was dying, He saw the Heaven open and Jesus standing at the right hand of God.

3.     How far is Heaven?

                                                        I.            In 1958, Pioneer 1 went 70,000miles and didn’t find Heaven.

                                                      II.            In 1959, Soviet Lunic 1 went 373,000 miles and didn’t find Heaven.

                                                    III.            Pioneer 4 went 407,000 miles in to space and didn’t find Heaven.

                                                    IV.            The only way to get there is through death in Christ.

                                                      V.            2 Corinthians 12:2-5 > If you want to right with God, get it today.

4.     Who is in Heaven? Why we care about Heaven?

                                                        I.            Isaiah 57:15 > God the Father is in Heaven.

                                                      II.            Hebrews 9:24 > our savior is in Heaven. He is interceding for us in Heaven.

                                                    III.            Hebrews 12:23 > our brothers and sisters are in Heaven, with one mind and one accord, there is no misinterpret.

                                                    IV.            Luke 10:20 > my name is there.

                                                      V.            1 Peter 1:3-4 > we have our inheritance there, is reserved for us.

                                                    VI.            Philippians 3:20 > our citizenship is in Heaven.

                                                  VII.            Matthew 5:12 > our eternal rewards for the pain & suffering we undergo for Jesus.

                                                VIII.            Ephesians 6:9 > our Master is in Heaven.

                                                    IX.            Matthew 6:19-21 > our treasures are in Heaven.

                                                      X.            John 14:1-4 > we have a place in Heaven in our name.

5.     1 Peter 3:10-15 è pass your time on the earth with the fear of God.

6.     How fast I can go to the Heaven?

·         To be absence from the body, to be presence with the God.

7.     How we suppose to live?

·         Hebrews 11:9-10 > Live by faith. This is a foreign place for you.

·         Heaven was more real to Abraham.

·         Abraham was a looking up person. He was looking for greater country.

·         He was a looking forward believer.

8.     Hebrews 11:16 > our desire should be Heaven.

a.      Heaven is better than great pyramid.

b.      Heaven is better than Tajmahal.

c.       Heaven is better than Burjkhalifa.

d.      Heaven is better than Victoria fall.

e.      Heaven is better than Aurora Borealis-northern lights.

f.        Heaven is better than Hope Diamond.

All of these did not tell you, but only Bible tells you that Jesus love you.
