Three things needed for reaching the lost.

·        ACTS 16:5-40
1.      Sensitive to the leading of The Spirit.
2.      Prayer
3.      Preaching
Ø      The steps of a righteous man are guided by the Lord, but also, the stops of a righteous man are guided by the Lord. Sometimes God closes doors, when we are going the wrong way.
Ø      We need to have Gods wisdom to know the difference between Satan’s hindrances and the Lords blocks.
Ø      Paul heard in vision, he obeyed.
Ø      When He obeyed, course of history changed, many saved (Rich People, Poor People, and Keeper of the prison with his entire family).
·        The 1st church they established in Europe was in Philippi.
Ø      Her heart was ready to be saved.
Ø      She was a business woman, she would have had prestige and influence, and yet she still had a hungry heart.
Ø      Money can buy a house, but not a home.
Money can buy a bed, but not sleep.
Money can buy a clock, but not time.
Money can buy a book, but not brains.
Money can buy food, but not an appetite.
Money can buy position, but not respect.
Money can buy medicine but not health.
Money can buy people, but not friends.
Money can buy insurance, but not safety.
Money can buy amusements, but not happiness.
Money can buy religion, but not salvation.
Money can buy a good life, but not eternal life.
Money can buy a crucifix, but not a Savior.
Money can buy a passport to anywhere but to heaven.
Ø      We can open the scriptures but only God can open the heart!
Ø      Lydia had a tender heart. She had an overflowing heart.
Ø      Paul opened the scriptures, God opened her heart, and then she opened her home! The home should be a salvation sanctuary.
Ø      Now Lydia is wearing a robe made white by the blood of the Lamb!
·        Jesus CAN save the hard cases.
Ø      The slave girl delivered from demonic possession.
·        The Praise.
Ø      The Persecution > they beat them > Cast into prison > Put in bonds, undergoing painful punishment. When was the last time that you actually suffered for your faith?
Ø      In this condition, what would the ordinary Christian be doing right now, deep in that prison in pain, after trying to serve God? Complaining!
Ø      They’re not complaining, they’re singing and praising God…it was a gospel music fest and look WHEN it took place: at midnight…” That represents the darkest part of the night. Do you have a song in that hour?
Ø      “And the prisoners heard them” The word “heard” means they listened attentively, they gave ear to it. These prisoners are cursing God and each other, and then they hear this singing…and later they all have a chance to escape but they don’t do it!
·        The Power.
Ø      The jailer got baptized; started doing good works and his household got saved!
Ø      He put those stripes on their backs, and now is washing them; He deprived them of food, and is now feeding them.
Ø      When you really get saved you really get changed!
Ø      Nobody’s so hard that God can’t soften them and save them!
·         The Holy Spirit. . Draws People to Jesus.
·         The Holy Spirit. . Dwells In Believers?
·         The Holy Spirit. . Directs Believers?
Open the cage & let the Christ work. Leave the showmanship & show the word of God.

I'll deliver you, I'll redeem you & I'll take you out.

In the time of trouble, do you seek deliverance or his presence?

1.      Matthew 14:28 > “Lord, if it’s you,” Peter replied, “tell me to come to you on the water.”
2.      Matthew 14:22 > the word constrained his disciples means that not something that they want to do in their free will, they have to obey the lord, they don't want to leave Jesus & go to the boat by them self.
Ø  Jesus first send the multitude away, then Jesus went to the mountain for prayer & at the same time his disciples started their journey. Jesus prepare himself by praying about 10~12 hrs. Before he made miracle, how many hours do we spend in prayer?
Ø  But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary, when you obey God’s command, you may face some contrary in your life.
3.      Matthew 14:27 > it is I; When Sea was tossed, it was darkness, sounds are too much, it's difficult situation to heard the voice, in our trouble situation he often try to talk to us but we are not able to hear him & understand. When everything is good in your life tune up your ear in presence of the lord, make it practice to listen to his voice so you can hear his voice in the time of the trouble.
4.      Matthew 14:28 > Though it was trouble situation, with high waves and contrary wind there, Peter was asking to be with him, Peter wanted to experience his presence, he wasn't asking for immediate deliverance from the trouble situation. When we are in trouble, we are looking for immediate deliverance instead of asking for his presence.
Ø  1st walk of Peter: He came out from the boat & walk towards the Jesus looking nowhere but Jesus only.
Ø  2nd walk of Peter: Now he was retuning with the presence of Jesus, now he was looking surrounding the situation with confidence, no fear to him because of the presence of the lord.
Ø  And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased. If you have presence of God with you then you will experience miracle.
5.      Matthew 16:15-16 > Peter experience the miracle that’s why he had the answer. In your trouble time if you seek his presence instead of asking for the deliverance & walk with Jesus, you can face boldly to the problem & you will get the miracle /victory in the time of trouble, only you who will experience the miracle know that Jesus is the son of living God.

What is GOD wants in your temple?

What is god wants in your temple?

1.       In the temple of God there should be Praise: Matthew 21:15, Hosanna: Genesis 39:23, the lord made it to prosper – When the presence of God is with you and you have nothing in your life you are still prospering in spirit.
2.       In the temple of god there should be purity: Matthew 21:12: holy anger, this is not the anger because somebody hurt his pride.
3.       It should be called house of prayer: Matthew 21:13.
4.       Power
=======================================================================
We have total redemption by the blood of Christ when the blood comes from,
1.       Right hand > we welcome people by shaking hand with right hand > when the blood comes out from right hand of Emmanuel, he welcome us to the kingdom of lord.
2.       Left hand > we usually use for the cleaning purpose in India > when the blood comes out from his left hand > he cleans our impurities.
3.       When the blood comes out from his head > It removes curses from us.
4.       Heart: 911 terrorized us while in Hebrews 9:11, He bankrupt heaven to come to the earth to rescue us.
5.       Legs: Genesis 3:15 > Blood from the legs crushed the enemy head.
Triangle of Father, Son and the Holy Spirit comes in your rescue when you pray.
Who pray, how long they pray, how they pray, until they got answer.
Ø  Who pray? > Acts 12:1-5,12 > it's not a church its is home,  the house of Mary who initiate prayer on persecution.
Ø  How long they pray? Praying all night.
Ø  How they pray? How you pray all night without running out the word from your mouth?
1 Corinthians 14:2, praying all night in tongue, praying in mysteries. If we are praying in our known language, our mind is shared between other thoughts, focusing on problem, focusing on other person help to continue the prayer, focusing on words to what to pray.
1 Corinthians 14:14, when you speaking in tongue your understanding are unfruitful.
In your prayer life there should always be a Praise.
: Form of triangle.
Acts 12:1, Herod stretch his hand towards church, they stretch their hand towards heaven, Acts 12:16, the lord stretch his hand and form triangle.
